SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Program Description
BD Scout (“the Program”) is an internal SMS tool operated by KBS Constructors, Inc. and available only to current employees. Employees who opt in may exchange text messages with the Program to provide business development and marketing information.
Consent
Participation in BD Scout (“the Program”) is entirely voluntary and is available only to current employees of KBS Constructors, Inc. Enrollment is never a condition of employment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, job duties, or access to any company system. Employees opt in through a standalone, optional SMS Consent Form that is separate from all onboarding, HR, and employment paperwork. On that form, the employee provides their mobile number and checks a consent box that is unchecked by default and clearly labeled as optional. No employee receives messages unless they have voluntarily completed and submitted this opt-in form. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from the Program; you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the Program. The Program only responds after you initiate or continue a conversation.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. KBS Constructors, Inc. does not charge for participation; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt-Out and Help
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact admin@kbsci.com.
Privacy
Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
