The Thomas County Justice Center is a new 48,000 SF project that houses the offices for the Thomas County Sheriff, the County Jail, Colby Police Department, the 911 Communications Center, Court Services, Community Corrections, Thomas County Attorney Office and the District Courts of Thomas County, Kansas.
