Remodel of existing 50,000 sq. ft. office space. Work was completed in four phases while occupied by owner. Twenty-three skylights were installed to allow natural light into the workspace along with all glass interior office walls.

Complete demolition of all office spaces. Created new collaboration areas, new LED lighting, all new upgrades of finishes and office furniture, and switchable smart glass for board room / president’s office.
