This Privacy Policy describes how KBS Constructors, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal SMS-based business development tool, BD Scout (“the Program”). The Program is available only to current employees of KBS Constructors, Inc.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information an employee voluntarily provides during an SMS conversation with the Program, along with the employee’s mobile phone number and standard message metadata (such as timestamps). We do not collect any information from individuals who are not employees of KBS Constructors, Inc.

How We Use Information

Information collected through the Program is used solely for internal business development and marketing-research purposes. It is not used for advertising to the individual and is not used to message anyone who has not provided consent.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share information collected through the Program with third parties. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messaging service.

Data Retention and Security

Information is stored on internal company systems and retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.

Your Choices

Participation is voluntary. You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
