Apprentices achieve industry recognized journeyman status through our apprenticeship program. You will learn a variety of basic carpentry skills to jumpstart your career in the construction business. We believe that our certified apprenticeship program is exceptional.
Journeymen, and women, are presented with opportunities to develop new skills and to enhance what they already know. Highly motivated employees who show a desire and the ability to move into a leadership role may be trained in personal development, project management and leadership skills required to reach superintendent status.
We hire project managers with four-year construction management degrees from an accredited construction education institution such as K-State or Pittsburg State in Kansas. Experienced managers with exceptional knowledge and experience can achieve Project Manager status as well.
Administrative and technical employees are hired to fill impending or immediate needs. These employees are selected based on their skills and experience as required by position.
